WONE Global™ × UNIONE™ · Before the dispute. Beyond the award.

Disputes and arbitration, across borders.

WONE Global's work runs up to the moment a contract is signed, a payment stops or an award has to be enforced. From that moment UNIONE™, our sister institution in the UNBOUNDED™ Global Ecosystem, takes it forward: prevention, assessment, administered arbitration and enforcement, under one set of Rules.

Four commercial moments

Enter where the dispute is now.

Choose the moment. Each opens the UNIONE™ route that starts there, with what is looked at first.

01 · Before signature

Before You Sign™

Get the dispute clause, governing law, seat, notices and escalation steps right while the contract can still change.

You come away with A clause read the way a tribunal would read it, scored 1 to 100, with a verdict: keep, clarify, align or escalate.

Review the contract

02 · A dispute is emerging

Before You Arbitrate™

Test the claim or the defence, the evidence, the exposure and the settlement options before committing to formal proceedings.

You come away with An independent view of merits, evidence gaps, exposure and whether to settle or proceed.

Test the claim

03 · A binding decision is needed

Arbitration

Start, answer or run an administered arbitration under the UNIONE™ Rules, with procedure sized to the value, urgency and evidence.

You come away with Administered arbitration, emergency relief and expedited tracks, with attention to where the award will be enforced.

Open arbitration

04 · Before enforcement

Before You Enforce™

Plan recognition, assets, jurisdiction and security, including State and State-owned parties, before committing to enforcement.

You come away with An enforcement readiness review and a recovery plan by country.

Rules status

UNIONE™ Rules & Procedures v4.0 were adopted by the Global Council in April 2026. Any arbitration follows the parties' agreement, the applicable law and the Rules in force when it begins.

Professional boundary

Advice on local law and representation in court stay with qualified local counsel, which in WONE Global's markets is often a WONE Global Partner. Nothing here is legal advice.

Appointment firewall

Being a UNIONE™ Fellow, a WONE Global Partner, or both, gives no right to appointments, referrals or cases. Independence and conflict checks decide every appointment.
