Cross-Border Entry Review

Before you enter a new market: one written review of how to set up, what it will cost to comply and what must be filed in the first year, prepared with the Partners in place in that market and coordinated by WONE Global.

What it covers

Six areas, one written review

Each area is prepared by the firm that would do the work, so the review reflects how things work in practice, not only what the rules say.

  1. 01 · Entry routeBranch, subsidiary, representative office or partner: what each route allows and what it costs to run.
  2. 02 · Company set-upSteps, documents, approvals and a realistic order of work.
  3. 03 · Tax positionThe main taxes, registrations and treaty points for your structure.
  4. 04 · Licences and regulatorsWhether your activity needs a licence or permit, and from whom.
  5. 05 · PeopleHiring locally, sending staff, payroll and the visas they may need.
  6. 06 · First-year calendarThe filings, renewals and deadlines in your first twelve months.

How it works

From request to review

The fee, the timetable and who invoices for each part are confirmed in writing before any work starts. WONE Global's fee covers coordinating and compiling the review; each firm's advice is given under its own engagement terms.

1 · You request a reviewTell us the market or markets, your business and what you plan to do there. WONE Global acknowledges within 1 working day.
2 · Scope and timetable confirmedWONE Global confirms the firms involved, after their conflict checks, and the timetable for your review.
3 · The firms prepare their partsEach Partner firm prepares its area under its own professional rules and engagement terms. Where no Partner is in place yet, WONE Global engages a vetted Associate firm and tells you who it is first.
4 · You receive one reviewWONE Global compiles the parts into one written review, followed by a call with the firms to go through it.

The review gives you a clear starting point. Work that follows, such as forming the company or registering for tax, is agreed directly with the firm that does it.

One market

From USD 4,500

One market, all six areas, and a call with the firms to go through the review.

Up to three markets
