Miguel worked at the Deloitte New York City office, in the United States of America (USA) for 2 years on the audit function. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the USA by the New Hampshire Board of Accountancy, as well as in Mexico by the Mexican Institute of Public Accountants. He has experience on acquisitions, mergers, spin offs & IPOs. Wide experience as Lead Client Service & Audit Engagement Partner, implementing audit strategies and coordinating efforts of the different specialists such as taxes, financial advisory & IT, as well as interacting and reporting with peers and teams of Principal Auditors and Holding Companies locally and abroad. Miguel is currently the Independent Statutory Examiner (Comisario Profesional Independiente) for some multinational companies. Miguel has extensive experience to take care of companies reporting under IFRS, US GAAP, MEX FRS, and perform audits under IAS/US GAAS/PCAOB Standards and file audited reports before the Stock Exchanges in México, Canada, USA, Europe & Japan.
