How we test our own guides

Checkers who did not write the content open the cited source of a sample of statements, and WONE Global publishes the result.

A citation is only useful if the source says what the statement says. So WONE Global tests its guides. In each independent check, people who did not write the content open the cited source of a sample of statements, chosen partly at random and partly as the most likely to be wrong, and record whether the source fully supports the statement.

The latest check, on 19 October 2026, covered 60 statements. WONE Global publishes the rate after every check, on the Trust and evidence page. The aim is 95% fully supported.

What is not in the sample

AI-written statements are not part of the sample. They are labelled on every page until they are checked, so you never mistake them for checked facts.

Testing Ask WONE

Ask WONE Global is tested the same way, against a fixed set of questions with known answers. The pass rate is published on the Trust and evidence page once each run is complete.
