Who does what: WONE Global coordinates, the firm advises

WONE Global is not a law, tax or audit firm. Here is how responsibility is divided, and why it protects you.

WONE Global owns the brand, the published Standard and the coordination of cross-border work. It is your first point of contact. It does not practise law, tax, audit or accounting, and it does not invoice for a firm's work.

Each Partner firm is established in its own market and holds a defined WONE Global position: one service, one country. A senior professional leads each position and is responsible for the work, under their own professional rules, regulator and insurance.

What that means in practice

  • The firm or professional doing the specialist work is always named.
  • Scope, fees and terms are set in each firm's own engagement letter.
  • Where several countries or services are involved, different professionals may be responsible for different parts of the work. WONE Global keeps the parts connected without changing who is responsible for each.
  • Ask WONE, the market guides and the other public pages help you understand a decision. They do not by themselves create a professional-client relationship.

If something is not right, raise it first with the firm doing the work. If that does not resolve it, write to WONE Global and it will be reviewed under the Standard.
