What happens after you bring a requirement

Acknowledged within 1 working day, a named lead within 3, scope and fees within 5. The service levels, step by step.

You describe the situation in your own words: the countries, the objective, the problem. No category is required. From there, three service levels apply, and they are measured.

  1. Within 1 working day, WONE Global acknowledges your requirement and confirms what is involved.
  2. Within 3 working days, the firm runs its conflict check and WONE Global confirms your named lead for each service and country.
  3. Within 5 working days, you receive a scope and a fee estimate from the firm.

You agree scope and fees directly with the firm before any work begins. Each firm engages you on its own terms, and WONE Global keeps track of the whole project across every country and service.

When several countries are involved

A single WONE Global contact plans the work, brings in the Partners involved and keeps it joined up. You keep one relationship, and you always know who is responsible for each piece.

Your consent comes first

WONE Global shares your requirement with a firm only after telling you who it is, so the firm can check for conflicts. Nothing is published.
