HSG with a focus on tax law and federally certified tax expert. 20 years of experience in compensation consulting at KPMG, specializing in incentive plans, employee share ownership, executive compensation, and social security (management pensions). Head of the Global Incentive Compensation Service Team in Switzerland, previously a corporate tax expert, particularly in the area of mergers and acquisitions, also at KPMG. Our client portfolio is broad, national and international: from listed corporations to local SMEs and start-ups – each with their own specific challenges, approaches, goals, and opportunities. Further professional experience: Assessment officer at the Cantonal Tax Office of St. Gallen and commercial employee in the foreign exchange department of a major bank in St. Moritz. Member of the Global Board of the Global Equity Organisation (GEO) and responsible for the GEO Chapters DACH and French-speaking Switzerland.
