  1. Government Resolution No. 66.23/2026/NQ-CP, effective 24 July 2026, introduces temporary mechanisms amending rules under the 2022 Law on Anti-Money Laundering on beneficial ownership, customer due diligence and legal arrangement transparency.

    Valid until 28 February 2027 or until amended legal documents take effect, whichever is earlier.
