  1. From 1 July 2026 the number of conditional business lines in Appendix IV of the Law on Investment is reduced from 198 to 142, under Government Resolution No. 66.17/2026/NQ-CP.

    Lines removed include some in insurance, securities, gold and petroleum trading, air transport, real estate, higher education and telecoms.
