A published standard for every Partner profile

What a complete WONE Global Partner profile contains, how completeness is measured, and why complete profiles are shown first.

Clients choose a professional from what they can see. A profile with a one-line biography and no examples of work does not help anyone decide. From today every WONE Global Partner profile is measured against a published standard.

What a complete profile has

  • A current photograph.
  • A biography of at least 150 words, in the Partner's own words.
  • The services the Partner leads for WONE Global, confirmed.
  • The firm, linked to its own profile, in the Partner's country.
  • At least three representative matters, anonymised where necessary.
  • Admissions, licences or professional qualifications.
  • Languages.
  • At least two pieces published on WONE Global in the last twelve months.
  • A link to the Partner's LinkedIn page or firm website.

Each item carries a weight, and the total is a completeness score out of 100. A profile that scores 85 or more, with a photograph, a full biography and representative matters, is marked Complete profile. Complete profiles are listed first on the Partners page.

What the standard does not do

The score measures how much a client can learn from a profile. It does not rank the quality of a professional's work, and no payment changes it.
