  1. From 1 January 2026 the statutory minimum wage in Hungary is HUF 322,800 gross a month and the guaranteed wage minimum, for jobs requiring at least secondary-level qualifications, is HUF 373,200 gross a month, under Government Decree 394/2024 (XII. 12.).
