Terms and Conditions for Events
WONE GLOBAL, WLA, WONE GLOBAL SUMMIT
1.1 General Terms
WONE GLOBAL, World Law Alliance (WLA), and WONE GLOBAL SUMMIT (collectively referred to as the "Organizers") are responsible for organizing and managing all conferences, events, and networking sessions ("Events"). By registering for and/or attending an Event, all attendees, speakers, sponsors, and delegates ("Participants") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1.2 Payment and Registration
- All registration and sponsorship fees must be paid in full before the event date.
- Registration is confirmed only upon full payment and acknowledgment by the Organizer.
- Payments made via bank transfer, wire transfer, or credit card confirm the Participant's agreement to these Terms and Conditions.
- The Organizer reserves the right to refuse admission if full payment is not received before the event date.
1.3 No Refund & No Chargeback Policy
All fees are non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to cancellations, postponements, non-attendance, or travel issues.
- Participants acknowledge that once registration is completed and payment is processed, no chargebacks, disputes, or refunds will be issued.
- Non-payment or non-attendance does not constitute cancellation.
1.4 Alternative Arrangements in Case of Non-Attendance
If a registered Participant is unable to attend in person, they may:
- Nominate a substitute attendee at no additional cost (notification must be given at least 14 days in advance).
- Request a credit note valid for one year, applicable towards future WONE GLOBAL/WLA events.
- Request a virtual participation slot where applicable.
1.5 Event Postponements or Cancellations
- The Organizer reserves the right to reschedule or cancel any event due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to force majeure, venue restrictions, legal regulations, or speaker cancellations.
- In case of event postponement, all registrations will be transferred to the rescheduled date, and no refunds will be issued.
1.6 Liability and Insurance
- The Organizer is not liable for injury, loss, or damage suffered by any Participant during an event.
- Participants must ensure they have appropriate travel and health insurance.
1.7 Speaker & Mentor Agreements
- Speakers and mentors participate voluntarily and will not receive compensation for their contributions.
- The Organizer reserves the right to modify event content, agendas, or speaker lists without prior notice.
1.8 Governing Law
- These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
- Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
