& Privacy Policy

WONE GLOBAL, World Law Alliance (WLA), and WONE GLOBAL SUMMIT (collectively referred to as the "Organizers") are responsible for organizing and managing all conferences, events, and networking sessions ("Events"). By registering for and/or attending an Event, all attendees, speakers, sponsors, and delegates ("Participants") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

• All registration and sponsorship fees must be paid in full before the event date.
• Registration is confirmed only upon full payment and acknowledgment by the Organizer.
• Payments made via bank transfer, wire transfer, or credit card confirm the Participant's agreement to these Terms and Conditions.
• The Organizer reserves the right to refuse admission if full payment is not received before the event date.

• Participants acknowledge that once registration is completed and payment is processed, no chargebacks, disputes, or refunds will be issued.
• Non-payment or non-attendance does not constitute cancellation.

If a registered Participant is unable to attend in person, they may:

• Nominate a substitute attendee at no additional cost (notification must be given at least 14 days in advance).
• Request a credit note valid for one year, applicable towards future WONE GLOBAL/WLA events.
• Request a virtual participation slot where applicable.

• The Organizer reserves the right to reschedule or cancel any event due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to force majeure, venue restrictions, legal regulations, or speaker cancellations.
• In case of event postponement, all registrations will be transferred to the rescheduled date, and no refunds will be issued.

• The Organizer is not liable for injury, loss, or damage suffered by any Participant during an event.
• Participants must ensure they have appropriate travel and health insurance.

• Speakers and mentors participate voluntarily and will not receive compensation for their contributions.
• The Organizer reserves the right to modify event content, agendas, or speaker lists without prior notice.

• These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
• Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.

• By applying for membership in WONE GLOBAL or World One Alliance (collectively "the Organization"), applicants acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
• Membership is by invitation or application and subject to approval by the Organization.
• The Organization reserves the right to accept or reject any membership application without providing a reason.

• Membership fees are payable annually and are non-refundable under any circumstances.
• Failure to renew membership within the specified timeframe may result in suspension or termination of membership benefits.
• Payments made via bank transfer, wire transfer, or credit card confirm the Member's agreement to these Terms and Conditions.

• Members must adhere to the Organization's ethical standards and professional conduct guidelines.
• Membership does not grant voting rights or ownership in WONE GLOBAL or World One Alliance.
• Members may be required to participate in certain networking and engagement activities.

• The Organization reserves the right to suspend or revoke membership at its sole discretion for non-compliance, unethical conduct, non-payment, or any other reasons deemed necessary.
• Members terminated for misconduct will not be eligible for refunds or reinstatement.

• The Organization is not liable for any business dealings, agreements, or disputes arising between members.
• Members engage in business collaborations at their own discretion and risk.
• The Organization does not guarantee leads, revenue, or specific business outcomes as part of membership.

• Membership terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be settled under the jurisdiction of Delhi, India.

• The Organization collects personal and professional information when individuals register for events, apply for membership, or engage in its services.
• This information is used for event coordination, networking, marketing, and service enhancements.
• The Organization may store participant data for future communications regarding relevant opportunities.

• The Organization may share participant information with event sponsors, partners, and other attendees for networking purposes.
• Personal data is never sold to third parties.
• Participants may opt out of data sharing by contacting info@woneglobal.org.

• The Organization follows industry-standard security protocols to protect participant data from unauthorized access.
• While best efforts are made to safeguard data, the Organization is not liable for any data breaches beyond its reasonable control.

• Participants can request to have their data removed from the Organization's records by emailing info@woneglobal.org.
• Data deletion requests will be processed within 30 business days.

• The Organization reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy as needed.
• Updates will be posted on the Organization's website, and continued use of services implies acceptance of changes.

• This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of India.
• Any disputes arising from this policy shall be settled in Delhi, India.
