She holds experience in the formation and liquidation of domestic, foreign, and holding companies, trademark registration and intellectual property protection, and Ministry of Investment and Premium Residency procedures, in addition to enforcement proceedings and the collection of judgments.
She holds a Bachelor\'s degree in Sharia and Islamic Studies from the University of Jeddah (2021), the Sharia Counsel Fellowship and the Estate Liquidation Skills Fellowship from the Qada Association, and a Diploma in Artificial Intelligence for Business Management. Her approach is built on precision, quality drafting, and effective follow-up, leveraging AI tools in legal research and analysis to enhance efficiency and the quality of output.
