He began his career as an investigator and public prosecutor across several investigation circuits, where he handled criminal, economic, and financial-crime cases, conducting investigation, fact and evidence analysis, and the preparation of memoranda and pleadings, in addition to overseeing the enforcement of public judgments and the administration of detention and correctional facilities. In recognition of his competence and distinguished performance, he was awarded the Certificate of Excellence in Investigation by HRH Prince Naif bin Abdulaziz — may he rest in peace — Minister of Interior.
He then continued his career in legal practice, representing clients before courts at all levels, and led a wide range of disputes spanning criminal, commercial, civil-rights, administrative, labour, compensation, and enforcement matters, including the representation of companies, individuals, and business leaders in complex disputes.
He brings advanced experience in dispute management and the development of legal strategy — from studying case files and analysing facts, evidence, and the parties\\\' legal positions, to preparing defences, pleadings, and memoranda, and pursuing proceedings before the competent authorities. He also holds extensive experience in drafting and reviewing contracts and agreements, Sharia notarisation, and the management of legal files and enforcement procedures.
The combination of investigative, judicial, and practical experience has shaped an integrated legal perspective that enables him to handle a matter end-to-end — from studying the facts and analysing evidence, through determining the legal position and building the appropriate strategy, to advocacy and follow-up through enforcement.
