Biography
An Ecuadorian, he graduated with a degree in Economics from the Central University of Ecuador and holds an MBA from the National Polytechnic School. He has 20 years of experience in the tax field, during which time he worked as National Head of Tax Control, National Director of Large Taxpayers, and Deputy Director General of Tax Compliance at the Internal Revenue Service (SRI). His expertise lies in tax planning and advising companies in the commercial and banking sectors.
