- issuers listed in Italy and their bodies (boards of directors, internal committees, boards of statutory auditors) on issues of corporate governance, market abuse and internal dealing, as well as in relation to extraordinary transactions on the capital market (IPOs, capital increases, share buybacks, public tender offers, etc.);
- funds and other activist investors in connection with the acquisition of stakes in listed issuers, solicitations of voting proxies, public purchase offers, participation in shareholders\\\' meetings, etc.;
- operators in the FinTech and crypto-asset sectors, on issues related to banking, financial, investment services, and payment regulation;
