• Founded Circle Advisory in January 2010 with a focus on

1. supporting SMEs with funding solutions and business strategies
2. assisting international groups/companies establish a corporate presence in Ireland

With 27 years’ experience, Kevin is a leading national adviser to Irish subsidiaries of International groups and to entrepreneurs in SMEs/privately-owned businesses. His expertise and experience cover: corporate structuring, tax planning, corporate governance, strategic business advice, fundraising (debt & equity), shareholder agreements, mergers & acquisitions, business sales, MBOs. He has previous experience in Initial Public Offerings (IPO’s) in Dublin, London & New York.

His clients have also included many companies that are public companies and many members of the Dragon’s Den on RTE over the years since it first aired. Kevin has also extensive personal experience of the startup and growth phase of businesses - having been a founder and shareholder of several businesses including: Mr. Waffle, Ground & Co café chain, Zipit Forest Adventures & Baseworx.
