With 27 years’ experience, Kevin is a leading national adviser to Irish subsidiaries of International groups and to entrepreneurs in SMEs/privately-owned businesses.
His expertise and experience cover: corporate structuring, tax planning, corporate governance, strategic business advice, fundraising (debt & equity), shareholder agreements, mergers & acquisitions, business sales, MBOs.
He has previous experience in Initial Public Offerings (IPO’s) in Dublin, London & New York.

- Assisting companies finance their operations so they can invest in infrastructure and in growth strategies.
His clients have also included many companies that are public companies and many members of the Dragon’s Den on RTE over the years since it first aired.
Kevin has also extensive personal experience of the startup and growth phase of businesses - having been a founder and shareholder of several businesses including: Mr. Waffle, Ground & Co café chain, Zipit Forest Adventures & Baseworx.

- Kevin has authored and published one textbook for Chartered Accountants Ireland in respect of Financial Reporting Standard 102.
- He is in the process of completing a second book titled: \"Understanding Deferred Taxes”
