He began his career as a junior auditor at firms with international representation and subsequently developed a solid career in the public sector, serving in key roles across finance, accounting, budgeting, treasury, and government control. He rose to the position of Head of Administration and Finance at the Ministry of Economy and Public Finance.

He also holds executive experience in the regulated sector, having been the Administrative Financial Head of a regulated Stock Exchange Agency, which grants him a deep understanding of the Bolivian financial system and securities market. He currently leads INTEGRALPRO SRL, promoting an innovative consulting model based on international standards, technical quality, and approachable service.
He holds a Master’s Degree in Government Auditing and Management Control, multiple diplomas in International Accounting and Auditing Standards, Securities Market, Higher Education, and Artificial Intelligence, in addition to highly specialized professional certifications. He is a university professor in Finance, Auditing, and Administration at the Universidad Real de la Cámara Nacional de Comercio and is currently pursuing an MBA at EUDE Business School.
