Shadman Mostafa is an award-winning legal practitioner and Lecturer at the Faculty of Law, World University of Bangladesh. He has 9 years of professional experience in the corporate sector, having served in key roles such as Chief Legal Officer, Legal Advisor, Legal Counsel, and Legal Officer. He also works as a Panel Mediator and ADR Counsel for the Centre for International Alternative Dispute Resolution (CIADR) and the Bangladesh International Arbitration Centre (BIAC).
His areas of expertise include International Commercial Law, Company Law, Contract Law, Public International Law, Intellectual Property Law, Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), and Online Dispute Resolution (ODR).
Shadman is an accredited mediator, certified in 2018 by ADR ODR International (UK) and the Singapore International Mediation Institute (SIMI). He has been a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) since 2018, achieving full membership status (MCIArb) within two weeks of initially joining as an Associate Member (ACIArb). He is also a General Member of the International Bar Association (IBA) since 2019 and a member of the Asian Institute of Alternative Dispute Resolution (AIADR) in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
