Prof. Githu Muigai is a distinguished Professor of Public Law at the University of Nairobi School of Law and Senior Partner at Mohammed Muigai LLP. With over three decades of teaching, scholarship, and legal practice, he is recognized as a leading authority in constitutional law, constitutional litigation, and comparative constitutionalism. He serves as Vice President of the LCIA African User’s Council and Vice-Chair of the UN Working Group on Business & Human Rights. Prof. Muigai has taught across undergraduate and postgraduate levels, specializing in constitutional law, jurisprudence, public international law, and human rights.
Prof. Githu Muigai is a renowned jurist, academic, and legal practitioner with over 30 years of experience in teaching, research, and practice of law. He currently serves as a Professor of Public Law at the University of Nairobi School of Law and as Senior Partner at Mohammed Muigai LLP, a leading law firm in Kenya.
