Natalie Salunke is a seasoned in-house lawyer and fractional General Counsel with over 12 years of experience leading legal functions across diverse organisations, including Zilch, RVU (Uswitch, Confused.com), Fleetcor, Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Oracle NetSuite, and Venda, where she became Head of Legal at just 27. A member of the O Shaped Lawyer Steering Board, she is passionate about humanising law and supporting professionals through mentoring. Alongside her GC roles, Natalie is a visiting lecturer at The University of Law, a non-executive director at Middlesex County Cricket Club, and trustee of two charities supporting youth and education.
Natalie Salunke is a highly accomplished lawyer, legal leader, and board advisor with more than 12 years of experience managing in-house legal teams. She currently operates as a fractional General Counsel, providing strategic legal and governance support to organisations across multiple sectors.
Her career includes senior roles at Zilch, a leading consumer finance provider; RVU, owner of Uswitch and Confused.com; Fleetcor, a US-listed provider of payment solutions; Enterprise Rent-A-Car, the largest car rental company in the US; and NetSuite (now part of Oracle), a leading cloud software provider. She was also Group Head of Legal and Company Secretary at Venda, a UK-based SaaS eCommerce provider, where she became Head of Legal at only 27 years old. Natalie began her legal journey with Travelex and trained at Taylor Wessing, an international city law firm.
In these roles, she has been responsible for all aspects of company legal matters, including advising shareholders, boards of directors, and executive management teams. Known for her ability to align legal strategies with business objectives, she has built and scaled legal functions that support growth, compliance, and innovation.
Beyond her professional work, Natalie is deeply committed to education, mentorship, and community impact. She serves as a visiting lecturer at The University of Law, a non-executive director at Middlesex County Cricket Club, and as a trustee at both the Young Urban Arts Foundation and Kent Union, her alma mater’s charitable arm.
