María Alejandra Ruiz Gómez is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of the Central University of Venezuela with expertise in commercial arbitration, international litigation, real estate, and private international law. She serves as Director of the Venezuelan Institute of Law and Technology and Professor of Procedural Law. Recognized by Legal 500 as a Rising Star in Dispute Resolution and nominated by Chambers and Partners as a Future Leader – South America for Diversity and Inclusion, María Alejandra is also a lecturer and published author on arbitration, private international law, and technology.
