Hamza Nizam Kazi is an experienced corporate lawyer with expertise in advising companies, conglomerates, the telecom industry, and digital startups. He is an Advocate of the High Court, contract specialist, and supply chain professional with extensive experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, supplier agreements, and service-level agreements. He has dealt with telecom and media laws, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks in Pakistan. His professional journey includes roles with Ernst & Young, Cybernet (Lakson Group), YB Holdings (Lucky Cement Group), and Multinet Pakistan. Currently, he is Head of Legal & Company Secretary for Jaffer Brothers Group. Hamza is also a visiting faculty member at the Institute of Business Management (IoBM), Karachi, and has taught at other universities. He is a member of the Campaign for Green Arbitration MENA Sub-Committee, Steering Committee Member of CIICA’s Young Arbitration Group (YAG), and a Qualified Mediator certified by AIADR and enrolled in the International Mediation Institute (IMI).
