Fátima Correia da Silva is a lawyer with 17 years of experience in Compliance, Anti-Money Laundering, Fraud Investigations, and Auditing. She spent 9 years working in Angola before moving to Portugal, where she now serves as Chief Compliance Officer and General Counsel at Critical Techworks.
She manages compliance risk and holds three master’s degrees in Data Privacy, Corporate Law, and Intellectual Property Law. Her current focus lies in IP&TMT and Data Privacy issues within the technology sector. Fátima is the President of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners in Portugal and is certified in ESG by the Corporate Governance Institute.
