He has built a distinguished career leading IP strategy, litigation, and licensing for some of the world’s most innovative organizations across diverse sectors, including consumer goods, pharmaceuticals, life sciences, and medical technology.
Conrad is currently the Chief IP Counsel at Biotronik, a global leader in medical technologies, where he oversees the company’s intellectual property strategy and dispute resolution matters. Prior to this role, he served as Chief IP Counsel at Leica Biosystems (Danaher Corp.), where he directed IP matters for global diagnostics and life sciences innovations. Earlier in his career, he was Team Leader for IP Oncology at Boehringer Ingelheim, managing complex patent portfolios and litigation in oncology, and contributed to the IP team at Procter & Gamble.
